Dinuba Unified School District – New High School Campus

4Creeks is proud to partner with Dinuba Unified School District and PBK Architects on the full-site design of a brand-new high school campus in Dinuba, California. With enrollment at the existing Dinuba High School nearing 2,000 students—well beyond its intended capacity—the District identified the urgent need for a new facility that could accommodate future growth and enhance the educational experience for students and staff.

This new campus is designed to serve up to 3,000 students and will provide modern, comprehensive learning environments that support both academic achievement and career readiness. The site plan includes:

  • General and Special Education Classrooms
  • Science and CTE (Career Technical Education) Labs
  • Performing Arts Facilities (Band, Choir, Drama)
  • Administration and Teacher Workspaces
  • Agricultural Farm and Labs
  • Multi-purpose and Kitchen Facilities
  • Media Center / Library
  • Dual Gymnasiums with Wrestling Facilities
  • Outdoor Athletic Complex including:
    • Football / Soccer / Track Stadium
    • Baseball & Softball Stadiums
    • Eight Tennis Courts
    • Aquatic Center
    • Multi-use Practice Fields
  • Custodial, Maintenance, and Storage Facilities
  • Ample On-Site Parking and Circulation Infrastructure

For 4Creeks, this project represents more than just another school—it’s an opportunity to help shape a long-term investment in the community’s future. Our team is providing full Civil Engineering and Surveying services, collaborating closely with the architect and District staff to ensure the campus is not only functional and code-compliant, but also inspiring and resilient.

“High schools of this scale are rare in the Central Valley,” says Kyle McDonald, P.E., MBA, Engineering Design Lead at 4Creeks. “It’s a privilege to be involved in a project of this magnitude—from the first survey pin to the final grade.”
