Milking Barns.

Engineering Solutions for Dairy Milking Barns

The milking barn is the heartbeat of a dairy’s operations, housing the equipment necessary for the primary goal of the dairy facility – optimal milk production. 4Creeks is at the forefront of providing engineering consulting services for dairy expansions and the construction of new milking barns in California. We work with Dairymen to understand their facility operations and how to best incorporate an efficient milking system with minimal operational impact. We offer assistance through a proven process, beginning with conceptual site plans and coordination with your Dairy Contractor and Equipment Supplier, through complete design and construction consulting, with a specialty in permitting. Over years of experience, we have gained significant understanding of — and relationships with — the Water Board, Air District, Milk & Food Safety, and County agencies to ensure that permitting goes smoothly. Throughout our design process we work with the Dairyman to ensure dairy operations benefit from the design of the new structure and milking system, and that it works seamlessly with current and future dairy management.
