Tulare Police Station & Maker’s Lab

4Creeks provided a full range of design services for the Downtown Tulare Police and Incubator Building—including Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Structural and Fire Sprinkler Engineering, along with Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage, and Security systems design. Working closely with the City of Tulare and the Chamber of Commerce, our team reimagined and rehabilitated the space to serve multiple users—without relying on outside consultants. From maker spaces to police operations, we integrated thoughtful technology and strategic spatial planning to ensure everything functioned seamlessly, from Wi-Fi and security to access control. Our multidisciplinary team delivered a fully coordinated design package that met both operational goals and funding requirements, including ARPA compliance.
