Project Overview
The 8,000-square-foot administrative facility is designed to support the operational needs of VUSD, featuring a state-of-the-art training center, dispatch center, spacious conference and meeting rooms, and operational offices. The site is pre-designed to accommodate a future maintenance and repair facility, ensuring optimal service for the fleet of buses, shuttles, and department vehicles.
The facility is equipped with advanced technology, including robust AV, VOIP, and video conferencing, supporting seamless communication across the organization. The building exterior features striking raised metal cladding, offering a modern, sophisticated appearance while maintaining a clean and functional design. This combination of form and function ensures the facility is both practical and visually appealing, making it a valuable asset for the District and community.
