Project Overview

Nestled at the gateway to Sequoia National Park, AutoCamp Three Rivers offers an elevated outdoor experience in California’s Central Valley—and we’re proud to have played a key role in bringing this boutique destination to life. 4Creeks provided Construction Management, Utility Coordination, HCD State and County Coordination, as well as Design and Furnishing Coordination for the ground-up construction of a new clubhouse, restoration of existing structures, and installation of modern site infrastructure. Thoughtfully executed, the project reflects the surrounding natural beauty while delivering high-end, boutique-style amenities. The site includes more than 80 unique accommodations—ranging from Airstreams and BaseCamp tent suites to cabins and bunk rooms. At its heart, a clubhouse with warm wood finishes and inviting communal spaces creates a perfect retreat after a day of adventure—seamlessly blending comfort, design, and nature.
