This 10,320-square-foot classroom building was fully transformed into a modern learning facility, now home to six science labs, a computer room, and an art studio. The structure was taken down to its framework for seismic upgrades and brought up to current building codes, ensuring long-term safety and compliance. Renovations included all new windows and doors, a fire sprinkler system, and an upgraded fire alarm. Interior finishes, roofing, and HVAC systems were completely replaced to meet modern standards. Exterior improvements included the demolition and reconstruction of surrounding concrete walkways to improve safety and accessibility.
