The development includes a park, garden, and memorial area, creating a peaceful and welcoming environment. Essential services—such as a community kitchen—are integrated to support daily living needs. The 4Creeks team played a key role in the project by providing Topographic Surveying, Civil and Structural Design, and Construction Administration, helping ensure its successful delivery.
