The Viscaya Park project transformed a vacant 7.2-acre detention basin in Dinuba into a vibrant public park featuring sports courts, playgrounds, walking paths, and more. Completed in 2025 through a strong public-private partnership, it now serves as a welcoming space for recreation, connection, and community pride.
The Viscaya Park project transformed a previously undeveloped 7.2-acre City-owned detention basin in Dinuba into a fully improved public park. Key features include sports courts, playgrounds, walking paths, shaded pavilions, restrooms, a butterfly garden, and dog parks, along with extensive utility, lighting, and landscaping upgrades. Completed in 2025, the project reflects a successful collaboration between our Civil Engineering and Construction Management teams, the City of Dinuba, and local partners. What was once vacant land is now a vibrant community space designed to bring people together—an investment in recreation, connection, and neighborhood pride that will serve the area for years to come.
