Loma Vista Village Green Park in Clovis serves as the central focal point of the Community Center South Master Plan within the sustainable Loma Vista neighborhood. Constructed on city-owned land north of Gettysburg Avenue, this 7-acre park was developed using local city funds to offer a balanced mix of active and passive recreational opportunities. 4Creeks provided Civil Engineering, Surveying, Water Resources, and Utility Coordination services to support the park's development. Key features include an amphitheater band shell, pedestrian drop-off area, clock tower, sidewalks, seating, landscaping, park lighting, ADA curb ramps, offsite parking, paving, and utilities. Designed to accommodate community festivals, concerts, and both public and private events—including food truck operations—the park enhances neighborhood connectivity and livability.
