Zumwalt Park

As part of the City of Tulare’s downtown revitalization efforts, Zumwalt Park was transformed from an underused space into a dynamic entertainment venue—now home to the Adventist Health Amphitheater, with events hosted by Spade Entertainment. 4Creeks provided comprehensive Construction Management services, overseeing all phases of the renovation with a strong focus on quality assurance and collaboration. Additional recreational improvements included new concrete hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, site lighting, a splash pad, misting system, new playground equipment, an upgraded gazebo, and a new restroom building. Off-site upgrades included new curbing, gutter, sidewalks, and striping. Today, the park serves as a premier destination for concerts, community events, and year-round recreation.
